Honor is up with a new 7900mAh battery smartphone. The company already has an eminent device – X80 Pro Max in the pipeline for this month, and ahead of its official unveiling, the tech giant is already certifying another “massive battery” handset.
A new Honor smartphone with a 7900mAh battery has recently entered the Network Access License Certification as Telecommunications Equipment with the MRK-AN00 model number.
Since the company is rumored to launch two new PRO MAX phones this month, the newly certified model could be the X70 PRO MAX. But the details are uncertain.
The listing reveals that the Honor’s new device weighs 216.5 grams and has a 6.87-inch TFT display panel with 1592 x 720-pixel resolution and 16.7 million colors.
It measures 168.3 x 78.54 x 8.3mm though, its appearance remains a secret. Based on the screen parameters, the device seems to be an entry-level model and could belong to the Honor Play series. Things may get clearer on this topic in the future.
Honor’s new device will further use an octa-core chipset with main frequency of 2.3 GHz. The listing doesn’t reveal the Android OS version, though it will likely run MagicOS 10 based on Android 16. Being an entry-level model, it may also bring MagicOS 9.
