Apple and Samsung have been wrestling to become the world’s slimmest tablet brand in the market, but looks like a new competitor has joined the battle with its surprising creation – the Honor MagicPad 4. The device has set a new record in the tablet market.
Honor will launch the MagicPad 4 tablet at the MWC 2026 event globally. The company has teased some of its features earlier this month, while keeping the global release date a secret.
Now the company has officially announced the launch of Honor MagicPad 4 in the global market, rivalling Apple and Samsung in the “slimmest tablet department.”
Official details reveal that the Honor MagicPad 4 is only 4.8mm thick. It is thinner than the 6.1mm iPad Air, 5.1mm iPad Pro, and even the Galaxy Tab S11 (5.1mm).
Up to this point, Apple and Samsung’s latest tablets were considered the thinnest in the market. But Honor has made an iconic entry in this field by announcing its new creation. The device is slightly smaller than previous-gen models but promises an excellent user experience.

Other features include 12GB/16GB RAM and 256GB/512GB storage. It’ll run Android 16-based MagicOS 10 upgrade. Regarding the camera, Honor MagicPad 4 will sport a 13MP main snapper and a 9MP lens on the front.
Honor didn’t reveal the price or other key features of the device. Though we may find them on March 2. Stay tuned. Check more details HERE.
