Huawei has showcased new-gen AI virtual voice agents at the MWC 2026 programme. The highly human-like technology for the Intelligent Contact Center aims to deliver a more efficient experience to customers in finance, power, transport, and telecoms.

Following these demands, Huawei has launched new-gen AI virtual voice agents surrounding domain-specific models + intelligent agents that are not only conversational but also capable of managing tasks and are easy to operate.
The new AI virtual voice agents have three major capabilities. Firstly, it can converse. These agents are based on a professional large model in the customer service field. Hence, they can generate highly human-like scripts in real-time as per needs.
In terms of voice, it appears like a real person with an immersive smart interruption and response experience. The overall human-computer interaction is smoother, and the user experience is greater than 4.5 points.
Secondly, it can handle all types of tasks, providing high compliance with business processes, precise intent recognition, and multi-turn dialogue traits. Thanks to the Conversational Intelligent Agent Engine that offers full control and security.
Thirdly, AI virtual voice agents use a low-barrier standard operating procedure system that is built through visual and code-free online orchestration. It offers full-link performance monitoring and real-time optimization capabilities provide a “what you see is what you get” experience.
The company said that it will continue to work with global customers and partners to accelerate the deep integration of AI technology with industry scenarios, empowering contact centers to improve experience, increase efficiency, and boost revenue.
