He Gang – Huawei Consumer Business Group CEO, has confirmed stylus support for the upcoming Pura X Max foldable. And this time, the firm has further enhanced the M-Pencil functionality for the folding phone for a more seamless usage.
That’s another prominent upgrade for the Huawei Pura X Max.
While the first-generation Pura foldable impressed customers with a super iconic form factor and tech features, it didn’t officially support any stylus (M-Pencil).
Consumers can still try using a universal capacitive stylus on the previous-gen wide foldable. But it won’t provide a high-precision experience like on the MatePad tablets.
Although this time, Huawei has officially confirmed a stylus support for the Pura X Max foldable. The CEO of the company has revealed how easily and smoothly the M-Pencil glides on the screen while drawing or writing important notes on the device.
The CEO says:
“Easy to make drawings, whimsical ideas come true. #HuaweiPuraXMax# AI inspiration is clever, let your imagination fly, and clever works come naturally.”

Pura X Max will enable users to go for freehand drawing, note-taking, and more using a stylus. Moreover, the company has upgraded the GoPaint app for the new-generation wide foldable smartphone with various useful painting capabilities.
Looking into the latest video teaser, the GoPaint app in the Pura X MAX shows new animations and some creative AI-powered tools that enable users to style their work in just one sentence.
Huawei Pura X Max is open for pre-order on the VMall stores. It will go on sale after the official unveiling on April 20. In the meantime, you can book the device accordingly.
