Huawei today started the first sale of the FreeClip 2 Collector’s Edition. The new device comes in an interesting charging case, featuring ocean and night-like color schemes. In addition, the new variant boosts the overall audio experience for users.
FreeClip 2 launched last year in September with a squarish box, more like a seashell. The case has a unique, stain-resistant denim texture that gives it a premium vibe.
After a wait of over six months, Huawei has introduced a Collector’s Edition to the FreeClip 2 which is now open for its first sale with some impressive audio features.
While the company keeps such a variant exclusive to its Pro audio wearable lineup, it has now launched the model for the open-back earbuds. The new device is available on VMall at 1499 yuan, and you may get a discount during the first sale.

Speaking of the new changes, the tech giant has given a twist to the case look. Instead of using the same box-like appearance, Huawei has used a dome-shaped case. It provides 20% increased internal space, offering convenience.
The earbuds have the same C-shaped bridge look with a new coating + skin-friendly liquid silicone material that leads to 25% softer buds. FreeClip 2 Collector’s Edition also has a special AI button that lets you call the AI agent at any time.
Huawei FreeClip 2 Collector’s Edition offers up to 38 hours of battery life and up to IP57 ratings. Thus, you can use it while doing a workout, playing sports, or doing any outdoor activity.
Other features include smart translation, upgraded Chinese-English translation, a self-developed 3rd-gen audio chip, and an NPU AI chipset that improves the computing power by 10 times. The device further contains an ultra-powerful dual-engine unit with 100% loudness and 100% low-frequency.
