Huawei plans to focus on three hardware upgrades for future phones

Huawei seems to have a major ” three hardware upgrades” plan for its future flagship phones. Although these changes aren’t related to the mobile chipset, battery, or other major technology, but some simple yet useful parameters that are often overlooked.

Weibo tipster @GuoJing has revealed exclusive information regarding a top Chinese phone brand, which is speculated to be HUAWEI. The leak says that the company aims to make three significant changes to its devices.

According to the details, Huawei is seemingly planning three major hardware upgrades for future phones – an advanced imaging system, speakers, and an X-axis motor.

The tipster adds that these upgrades will likely lead to a bigger breakthrough next year in terms of the mentioned parameters, making smartphones far more efficient.

Up to this point, Huawei has been focusing on the chipset performance as it is a key aspect for its devices amid rivals climbing the 2nm and 3nm mobile SoC mountain.

But the company is now turning its concentration on other significant specs of the device, like the X-axis motor, which is an advanced linear vibration motor used to offer highly realistic and directional tactile feedback – also known as haptics.

Enhanced speakers, on the other hand in the devices can provide even louder, clearer, and more immersive audio without any external earbuds or Bluetooth speakers. Huawei is also excelling in camera technologies, and an example is the Pura 90 phones.

The tipster further mentioned that Huawei will continue to launch four iconic product categories (standard, Pro, Pro Max, and Ultra or an entry-level model) in the mid-range smartphone market. There could also be two new additions in the low or entry-level phone lineup in the time ahead.

How exactly Huawei will implement these changes and when we see the results is uncertain at present.
