Xiaomi 17T series is coming to China, and the flagship lineup will feature a bigger battery than its global sibling. The company has dropped a new teaser for the upcoming models, confirming a 7000mAh cell capacity – larger than the overseas versions.
The Xiaomi 17T series launched globally with a 6500mAh battery for the standard model and a 7000mAh battery for the Pro handset, but in China, the entire flagship lineup (both base and Pro models) is bringing a massive 7000mAh cell pack.
- Standard Xiaomi 17T – 6500mAh battery + 67W charging
- Xiaomi 17T Pro – 7000mAh battery + 100W wired and 50W wireless charging
Xiaomi says that the new battery has the highest silicon content in the firm’s history. As a result, it significantly boosts the energy density and builds lighter battery packs with extended battery life.
With the new battery enhancement, the Xiaomi 17T series can maintain 80% of its capacity even after 1600 charge cycles. The company has developed a perfect phone lineup for those who prefer using the same device for years instead of upgrading.
One doesn’t have to worry about the battery draining, whether they have to use the device for intense tasks or some heavy creations. Things will be smooth throughout.
Xiaomi says:
“#Xiaomi17TSeries#, equipped with a 7000mAh Xiaomi battery with 16% ultra-high silicon content, ultra-high energy density, and surging battery life. After 1600 cycles, the capacity can still be ≥80%, which is durable. No worries all day, whether heavy use or deep creation.”
