As we have entered April, the pace of leaks surrounding the Huawei Pura 90 series launch date has accelerated, and a newly leaked image is directly pointing out when the flagship lineup will step onto the stage. However, there is a big catch.
UncleKanshan recently shared a leaked image on Weibo, revealing the Huawei Pura 90 series launch date. The picture showed a list of three models: Pura 90 Standard, Pura 90 Pro, and Pura 90 PRO MAX.
Below the list, the text reads: the Huawei Pura 90 series will go official on April 18 at 14:30. Meanwhile, the flagship lineup will join the sale shelves on April 22.
Huawei Pura 90 series has been rumored to debut later this month. And the latest leak suggests a new launch window on this subject, which is just the opposite of some earlier leaked dates (KNOW MORE).

April 18 falls on a Saturday. Hence, it is uncertain for Huawei to host a big launch event on that day. The company might begin pre-orders for the new Pura handsets. Though a direct launch conference doesn’t align with the leaked timeline.
Despite the new details, the question remains the same – when will the Pura 90 series launch? For now, there is no exact answer to this long-awaited question.
Although a tipster noted that Huawei could begin warming up its 2026 Pura smartphones, including the second wide foldable, from next week. Thus, we probably don’t have to wait much to hear the official announcement on this topic.
