Huawei Mate 80 series smartphones are a big hit, with sales of more than 5 million units. It seems the flagship lineup’s success is skyrocketing. The massive shipment of these devices proves that the company’s position has begun improving in the market.
According to the information, the sales of the Huawei Mate 80 series have exceeded 5 million units in China. The company has flagged this milestone nearly five months after the official release of the top-tier models on November 25.
The lineup brings four models: vanilla version, Pro, Pro Max, and the RS Ultimate Design. As per a new report, the entire flagship phone series has shipped 5.0807 units as of the fourteenth week of 2026.
While the standard Mate 80 has the biggest contribution to the Mate 80 series sales units, the company also boosted the Pro Max and RS models’ shipments with a 30-day pre-order subscription activity.
Huawei has also increased the production of the Mate 80 series in the past few weeks, seeing its strong demand in the consumer market. It seems things are finally running smoothly in the company’s inventory for the time being.
Following the launch in November, real user reviews and online reactions spread quickly, with daily sales reportedly exceeding 100,000 units. This shows there’s a great enthusiasm for the company’s latest 2025 Mate smartphones.
Mate 80 Pro is also selling well globally. But the analysis report of its sales in the overseas market is currently missing. Perhaps we’ll know the details in the Q1 2026 report.
