Huawei Nova 16 series is making buzz for its launch timeline and ahead of its release confirmation, a live image has appeared on the Chinese social media claiming it to be a new Nova 16 model. If true, this will be our first look at the upcoming mid-ranger.
Many Weibo tipsters have shared a live image of a new phone, speculating that it is one of the Huawei Nova 16 models. Whether it’s the vanilla version, Pro, or Pro Max is unclear.
Looking into the real-life shot, the new Nova 16 model has the same design as the Nova 15 series. It follows the same rectangular-shaped bar on the back with two massive circular camera rings (black in color).
Notably, the imaging look on the back is quite different from the one leaked in renders. The device may continue the impressive layout Huawei picked last year.
Some other tipsters added that the Nova 16 will carry out a consistent design throughout the lineup. But again, things are quite uncertain and require more revelations.

Another highlight of this live image is that the alleged Nova 16 model shows a gradient look on the back. It reveals a blend of sky blue and purple colors on the rear side, covering the rectangular frame of the camera module.
The overall appearance of the Nova 16 handset in the live image looks quite slim and sleek. However, whether it’s one of the variants of the new lineup or the special “Nova Anniversary” Edition is doubtful. We may soon get more details on this topic.
Nova 16 series will likely make its debut on June 1st. The Chinese tech giant could begin the pre-launch campaign of the new-gen mid-rangers starting next week.
