Honor has released the first teaser of the X80 Pro Max, but it hasn’t disclosed the launch date for its new creation yet. Thanks to the latest leaked information, we now have an idea of when the company’s first PRO MAX phone will debut officially.
As noted by SmartPikachu, the possible launch date for the Honor X80 Pro Max can be June 22. The company has begun teasing its new handset, and there is a chance that it may go official after a week of its warm-up phase.
The tipster said that the all-new dual-tone (red and cream color) X80 Pro Max with a plain leather back panel and flagship feel can tentatively launch on June 22.
Last year, the X70 smartphone debuted in July. However, the Chinese tech giant is bringing the new-gen X smartphone earlier to the stage with major upgrades.
The first significant change is the design. X80 Pro Max resembles a Mate 70-like appearance on the back. Its camera module is surrounded by a thick silver-colored border housing a black lens plate in between. Meanwhile, the rear cover has a beautiful finish that makes the new PRO MAX model even more appealing.

Besides the appearance, the company has worked on the key parameters of its first PRO MAX handset. The device will feature a 11000mAh battery with 90W wired charging – the first smartphone to feature such a massive cell pack in the industry.
Another highlight can be its chipset. Qualcomm launched the Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 mobile SoC in May this year. It is a 4nm octa-core chip that claims to deliver a premium-level performance boost for mid-range smartphones.
Honor could introduce some other interesting changes to the device in terms of software level. Although that part is still under wraps. Let’s wait for a while to know more details.
