Huawei Cloud has recently revealed the growth of Ascend AI services and its user base. The Chinese tech giant has built a strong cloud platform in the past few months, which now exceeds 2500 customers. That’s an eight times increase.
The firm mentioned that the Huawei Cloud Ascend AI service user base has now increased by 8 times. It accounts for more than 2663 customers in the cloud market.
Previous ranking reports say Huawei Cloud is one of the most dynamic and largest Chinese cloud AI service providers. It is constantly introducing new technologies that can contribute to a smart and useful transformation of global enterprises.
On the flip side, the company has launched several solutions that can help the Chinese + global enterprises to enhance their business and core tech capabilities.
In 2025, Huawei Cloud unveiled the ultimate CloudMatrix384 supernode with around 384 Ascend NPU, serving hundreds of large-scale AI models inferences.
The company even launched the AI Token inference service to meet varied latencies like online, near-line, and offline. Besides, the average inference performance of the CloudMatrix 384 card is 3 to 4 times that of H20.
By the end of last year, the total global customers utilizing Huawei Cloud AI Ascend services crossed 2663. They believe these services are optimal choices for AI infrastructures as they offer robust AI computing power and smart upgrades for industries.
Moreover, Huawei Cloud is currently available in 34 regions globally and operates in 101 availability zones. It offers secure, stable, and high-quality cloud facilities to more than 170 countries and regions worldwide.
The company says that with over 10 million developers and 59000 partners, it will continue to deepen its involvement in industry scenarios and form a diverse + open smart AI ecosystem.
