Honor started this year by launching a 10000mAh battery smartphone – Power 2, and it looks like the company will soon introduce another such cell pack device in the market, named X80. The handset is in the making and will debut in the future.
WangzaiKnowsEverything on Weibo revealed details on the upcoming Honor 10000mAh battery smartphone. This will be another pocket-friendly device with probably flagship-like internal specifications.
The tipster said that Honor will continue to launch higher-density battery phones in the market. In addition to the existing WIN Series and Power 2, the next-gen X model will exceed 10000mAh cell pack with certain new features and parameters.
Battery is one of the most important components of a device. Apart from keeping the phone alive for daily tasks, it also ensures good performance throughout.

In the past couple of years, Honor significantly improved its battery tech for smartphones and tablets. Instead of lithium, the company switched to the innovative silicon-carbon battery technology.
This particular move resulted in two benefits. Firstly, the device got higher energy density for longer usage despite its slimmer body. Secondly, such cells are compatible with smart power management and optimize charging + reduce heat.
As a result, you get better safety and performance with an Honor phone after long usage. The company has seamlessly increased the cell capacity for its models last year. From 8300mAh to a jump of 10000mAh, the company promised the best battery life for the flagship and even budget-friendly handsets.
Honor is now up with the X80 series and will likely equip a 10000mAh+ battery in the device. Apart from the cell details, other parameters of this phone are currently under wraps.
