Xiaomi 17 Max is expected to go official soon with major battery upgrades and powerful cameras. Although it may disappoint you in one particular segment – the Magic Back Screen. Yes, the company could skip this part in favor of two major shifts.
SmartPikachu revealed some key details about the Xiaomi 17 Max battery and cameras. The device could bring a larger cell over other models of the Xiaomi 17 series.
Even though the tipster didn’t highlight the exact battery capacity for the Xiaomi 17 Max, several previous inputs suggested that all the upcoming flagship models will feature bigger battery capacities than the existing Xiaomi 17 handsets.
The tipster further mentioned a 200MP main camera for the device. A few early leaks have already suggested the dynamic shifts in terms of chip and camera aspects.
Although one of the biggest changes may appear in terms of users’ most favorite element – the Magic Back Screen. Just like the Ultra Editions, the new Max smartphone may also skip the rear display panel for other better spec components.
The tipster said:
“The new Max in the first half of the year canceled the back screen and continued to increase the battery. This is not the direction that many children’s shoes like.”
Apart from the Xiaomi 17 Max, the tipster mentioned another device with a 200MP periscope sensor. This phone will probably launch in the second half of this year. While it didn’t reveal the device’s name, it could be the Xiaomi 17T series.
It’s unclear if Xiaomi will really skip this part for the simple Max variant and continue to use it for only Pro and Pro Max models. For now, we have to wait for more revelations on this matter.
