Huawei has confirmed the Pura 90 series global debut for next week and at the same time, it has teased one of the models from the lineup – Pura 90s Pro Max. Looks like the company is rebranding its PRO MAX camera phone for global consumers.
The company has shared another teaser on the global X page, preheating the Pura 90 series camera details. The top-end smartphone will feature a 20x zoom camera sensor.
Although the highlight of this teaser is the device’s name – Huawei Pura 90s Pro Max. Several leaks have been hinting at a Pura “S” model for the past few weeks. It seems the company was readying this variant for the global launch.

Further teaser details reveal that the Pura 90s Pro Max will sport a 20x zoom camera. While zooming in, the camera will show clearer and sharper visuals without affecting the image quality.
On the other hand, zooming out from the same device will fit more of the surroundings in the frame. Thus, users will get an extraordinary macrophotography experience.
In addition to photos, the new 20x telephoto zoom camera also supports video shooting. It can capture every moment irrespective of the distance or lighting conditions, and even amidst the crowd.
Huawei hasn’t confirmed yet how many Pura 90 series models it will launch globally or whether it will rebrand them just like the newly teased “S” variant.
The tech giant has scheduled the Pura 90 series debut outside China for July 14. In the meantime, it will drop more teasers related to the flagship, highlighting its WOW factors.
