The Chinese tech giant launches a wide foldable to take on competitors ready to unveil a “large foldable”. When these rivals begin working on broader fold models, Huawei drops a tri-folding device. The upcoming one here is the Mate XT 2.
Finally, the company wraps the year with a large foldable, giving consumers a few more options to choose from. Thus, the OEM maintains its lead in the foldable market despite facing fierce competition from brands like Samsung and Honor.
