Huawei has won the title of LEADER in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant as it has maintained its lead in the Enterprise Wired and Wireless LAN industry for the 4th consecutive year. Notably, it’s the only non-North American name in the leader list.
Details reveal that Huawei won the Leader tag in the Enterprise Wired and Wireless LAN segment for the 4th year due to its innovative “Xinghe” AI Campus Solutions.
The company has used its technologies for AI-powered O&M, innovative and reliable security, and many other frontiers. Huawei’s AI Campus Solution has three cores:
- Superfast Wireless
- Full-Scope Security
- Network Autonomy
All these core points together look after enhancements in government, finance, education, healthcare, and other sectors – boosting future growth using AI tech.
Starting with the first core point. Huawei introduced AirEngine Wi-Fi 7 Advanced AP, which has anticipated Wi-Fi 8-grade benefits for higher speed and reliability.
Combined with AI services and Intelligent Coordinated Scheduling and Spatial Reuse (iCSSR), the Wi-Fi 7 Advanced reduces co-channel interference and doubles single-user speed in constant networking scenarios. The Smart beamforming tech further enables millisecond-level directional changes for uncompromised speed.
On the other hand, the Full-Scope Security is a blend of four major concepts: Asset Security, Secure Connectivity, Spatial Security, and Privacy Security.
These are as follows
- Asset Security: AI cluster-based device identification auto-recognizes dumb devices with 95% accuracy. Besides, Smart anomaly detection can verify terminal traffic behavior in seconds while proactively blocking it.
- Connectivity Security: Wi-Fi Shield tech reduces the risk of packet eavesdropping at the physical layer. End-to-end MACsec with Post-Quantum Cryptography offers long-term security for data transfer.
- Spatial Security: Wi-Fi Channel State Information is a sensing tech that detects spatial security state via a single AP and recognizes intrusion in seconds.
- Privacy Security: iGuard AP brings three benefits – comprehensive detection of hidden imaging devices, precise detection, and 24/7 operation.
The third core is the Network Autonomy. Huawei’s AI Campus Solution runs on AI-based automated O&M capabilities. iFlow can enable poor-QoE demarcation in minutes with full-path visibility.
