Huawei has revealed the Nova 15 and Nova 15 Pro specifications for global users, suggesting that these two phones will soon make a sales debut.
In December 2025, the Nova 15 series made its initial debut in China, consisting of three models – Nova 15, 15 Pro, and 15 Ultra with diverse specifications and varying in price.
However, the company is following its usual practice of bringing only two models for global users – standard and Pro. Still, these phones are packed with big upgrades that you should know about.
Huawei Nova 15
The phone has a flat frame with rounded corners, the rear side brings a linear finish, and a big camera island. The design is modern and looks better than the predecessor. It comes in three colors – vivid green, white, and black.
Huawei is ensuring a high-quality camera experience with a main 50MP 1/1.56-inch ultra vision sensor, featuring an f1.9 aperture. The secondary is a 12MP RYYB optical zoom telephoto portrait camera with 3x optical and 30x digital zoom, and that’s with optical image stabilization (OIS) and AI image stabilization. The third is a true-to-color camera with 1,500,000 spectral channels.

Users will be able to capture high-definition selfies with a 50MP portrait camera powered by a 1/2.5-inch large sensor. This phone uses the Kirin 8020 octa-core processor, improving the performance by up to 28.9% over Nova 14.
The front side sports a flat OLED screen, measuring 6.7 inches, FHD+ (2412 x 1082) resolution, and 2160 Hz PWM dimming. The screen is protected with Kunlun glass for scratch and drop resistance.
The standard Nova 15 packs a 6000mAh battery with a 100W super-fast charger. This battery supports up to 27 hours of continuous video playback.
Nova 15 Pro
Coming to the Pro, Huawei has changed its rear panel with a horizontal camera design. The phone is built with a metal frame for strength and aesthetics. It will come in four colors – Vivid Green, Ultra Purple, White, and Black.
The Nova 15 Pro has aggressive camera specs. The first is a 50MP RYYB camera with f1.8 aperture, OIS + AIS for image stabilization. A 12MP RYYB optical telephoto portrait camera with 3x optical and 30x digital zoom range. A 13MP ultra-wide-angle camera with macro photography support, offering 120-degree ultra-wide-angle and 2.5 cm macro shots. The last one is a true-to-color camera for vibrant and vivid color corrections.
The Nova 15 Pro also brings a dual front camera system. A main 50MP front-facing camera is powered by a 1/2.5-inch large sensor and a 0.8x – 5x zoom range. Huawei is also offering a true-to-color camera on the front
A 6.84-inch flat display offers 4000 nits peak brightness and 20% APL dynamic peak brightness, 2856 x 1320 pixel resolution, and 1-120 Hz LTPO dynamic adaptive refresh rate.
Don’t forget that this Pro model has an AI HDR support, which enhances the brightness and shadow details in high-dynamic content and delivers vibrant colors in manual zoom.
The battery size is increased for the Nova 15 Pro with a 6500mAh silicon anode battery, with 28 hours of long video playback. Once it starts to discharge, the 100W super fast charger will help users to fill the capacity in fast mode. This phone has a Kirin 9010S octa-core processor, and you can expect a major jump in performance with this new chip.

The price for the global Huawei Nova 15 series is unknown at the moment. However, we have information about its prices in China. Both phones come in 256GB and 512GB storage variants, cutting the 128GB out of the options.
The 256GB and 512GB versions of the standard Nova 15 are priced at 2699 yuan (336 Euro) and 2999 yuan (373 Euro), respectively. On the other side, the Nova 15 Pro’s 256GB model is priced at 3499 yuan (436 Euro), the 256GB Kunlun version at 3599 yuan (448 Euro), and the 512GB variant at 3899 yuan (486 Euro).
