Huawei has just unveiled the Supernova Watch X1 series in its home market and it looks like the company has more interesting smartwatches that it may introduce by Q3 2026. A new leak reveals what new wearables are coming later this year.
As noted by Weibo tipster @FixedFocus, Huawei will launch several flagship-level smartwatches in Q3 2026. Some of these can be sports wearables, while others could belong to the “medical device” lineup.
The tipster mentioned that the first smartwatch model coming in the third quarter of this year will be jointly designed by Huawei and Descente. The latter is a Japanese sports clothing and accessories company that excels in comfort and design.
Details reveal that Huawei and Descente will probably work on an Ultimate Design “ski watch”. What exactly this model will bring to the table is unclear at the moment.
The name suggests that Huawei and Descente will integrate skiing-based tech features, specs, strap colors, and algorithms to record skiing performance, time, and more.

Other wearables
Besides the luxurious smartwatch, the company will debut the Watch GT 7 series, consisting of a standard and a Pro model with new features over the predecessor.
Next is the Watch 6 wrist gadget. Last year, the company unveiled the fifth-gen smartwatch with an ultimate X-TAP health sensing technology. It would be interesting to see what Huawei will implement this time to make Watch 6 special than others.
Watch D3 may also join the Huawei wearable in the third quarter this year or maybe later, with even more improved and advanced health capabilities. In addition to these models, the OEM could launch a new color variant for the Supernova Watch X1.
Q3 is going to be a very special quarter of this year for Huawei with several new creations. What else is coming will be known later. Stay tuned.
