A new leak from Weibo offers the latest updates on the first Huawei wide non-foldable phone, regarding its camera system, chip, and battery. Many details have emerged in the past few weeks about this flagship, but the current one covers key specifications.
DigitalChatStation was the first tipster to reveal details about the wide, non-foldable Huawei phone, and now the same leaker has shared insights on this device’s camera, chip, and battery.
The tipster has seen Huawei’s first wide candybar phone in the development stage and said that it appears pretty good. The entire phone has a thin and lightweight layout. Whether it follows a square, ring, or any other type of camera module is unclear.
In terms of imaging sensors, the framework includes a 50MP 1/1.3-inch large main camera, a 50MP small periscope sensor, probably with a 3x zoom level, and a multispectral lens. Ultrawide-angle shooter details are missing from the leak.
For the battery, the company could implement a 7000mAh cell pack in its rumored wide smartphone. Huawei has reportedly been developing several higher-energy-density batteries for future flagship devices such as 8000mAh and 10000mAh.
