Huawei Pura 90 Pro Max is constantly emerging in new teasers, and the latest one confirms a 200MP periscope lens for the flagship. The company has finally marked an end to all rumors surrounding the top-tier models for an ultimate imaging upgrade.
Up to this point, Huawei has featured impressive camera systems for its top-end models integrated with a 50MP sensor. Though it’s the first time that the company has joined the “200MP smartphone” trend pool.
Today, Huawei shared a new teaser on Weibo, revealing the iconic 200MP periscope camera for the Pura 90 Pro Max smartphone. It says the device can now capture everything – near and far!
Looking into the teaser, the company showed how a Pura 90 Pro Max user captured the park scenario from a far roadside lane. Despite the distance and lighting challenges, every character in the frame appears crystal-clear.

Whether it’s a girl eating her ice cream, a group of friends enjoying themselves, or a couple sitting on the bench and admiring the river view, every subject looks clear, noise-free, and sharp, as if captured from close.
Huawei says:

It seems the new Huawei Pura 90 Pro Max will introduce many amazing and cutting-edge camera capabilities to boost the photography experience for its users.
Early leaks and rumors indicate that the Huawei Pura 90 Pro Max can bring a 50MP 1-inch main camera sensor coupled with the new-gen variable aperture technology. Besides, there will be a second-generation multispectral camera to boost color reproduction.
HarmonyOS 6.1 can further elevate the imaging experience of the Pura 90 series. Other interesting functionalities of the new flagship lineup will come into light on April 20.
