Huawei has launched the world’s first wide-screen foldable phone and it looks like Honor doesn’t want to lag in this race. After Apple and Samsung, rumors have turned towards the Magic handset maker, saying that it could soon bring a wide folding device.
As noted by @DirectorShiGuan, many netizens have been asking if Honor would launch a wide foldable phone in the future. While the answer to this question is a matter of time, the tipster said that the firm is silently working on such a model.
The new leak suggests that Honor is preparing a brand-new folding handset with a wide display and three camera sensors. It also shares an image, hinting at its design.
Looking at the render picture, the rumored wide fold may feature the same vertical appearance with a broader body compared to the previous models. In addition, the top part of the back panel may consist of a wide cover screen and three imaging rings.

It appears somewhat similar to the Pura X but with a vertical camera bar. Unlike the previous Magic Flip phones, the render shows three camera rings, suggesting that the new device will unlock more enhanced foldable photography experiences.
After the Huawei Pura X Max launch, the wide-screen foldable has become a new topic of discussion in the smartphone industry. Since Apple is planning to launch its first iPhone Fold as a wide vertical clamshell, many brands are trying to answer this creation with their own “wide folding phone”.
Even Samsung is in the news to unveil a wide folding phone in the coming months. Though when Honor will join this race is still a mystery to be resolved completely.
