Huawei has a wide range of smartwatches, and some of the new iterations will likely make their way in the next two to three months, such as the Watch GT 7 series in mid-August and the Watch D3 medical wearable alongside the Mate 90 in September.
Weibo tipster @FixedFocus has reported the launch timeline of the upcoming 2026 Huawei smartwatches. While the company has already upgraded its FIT series, it is now ready to unveil some more incredible wearables in the 2nd half of this year.
The tipster revealed that the Watch GT 7 series will be the first to show up in the second half of 2026. Huawei will likely launch the new-generation performance wearable by mid-August.
Apart from the Watch GT 7 series, Huawei will introduce the Watch D3 blood pressure monitoring wrist gadget in September. It may share the stage with the Mate 90 smartphone series and the new triple foldable.
Watch D3 could further accompany a new co-branded Watch 6 model. The specs, features, and collaboration details are unclear for this smartwatch variant at present.
The Chinese tech giant may also introduce a new Watch Ultimate Design 2 model. It could either be a special edition or a different color version for the luxurious smartwatch family. An overview of the launch time as per the leak is as follows:

- Co-branded Watch 6 model, Watch D3, Watch Ultimate 2 variant: September
Following the leak, people asked if the Watch GT 7 series would bring NearLink connectivity on board. The tipster didn’t give a clear response. However, the company may integrate an enhanced NearLink support into the smartwatch.
How far the new launch timeframes are accurate is uncertain at the moment. Although the company follows the tradition of launching new wearables along with its flagship devices. Hence, the same approach may continue this year as well.
