Honor gained popularity in the market as the largest battery phone maker but it looks like Huawei may dethrone its former subsidiary from this race with its upcoming creation. The OEM is up with a new plan that can bring it more fame on the ground.
Weibo tipster @DigitalChatStation reported that Huawei is working on a new phone with the industry’s largest battery capacity – exceeding 10000mAh cell capacity mark.
As per the tipster, Huawei is testing a “10000mAh+++” battery pack with a new technology. This tech solution can bring a more reliable and powerful device experience.
Following the leak, when netizens asked if the company would first use the new battery solution for a flagship model, the tipster replied that it will go for the mid-rangers and then probably the top-tier handsets of the family.
Huawei has been working on a 10000mAh battery pack for quite some time. While it was unclear which could be the first device to use this cell capacity, it now seems to be the Enjoy 100 series. Perhaps this might be an appropriate option.

The company is already planning to launch two Enjoy smartphone series in a year. The Enjoy 90 phones recently made their way to the market. And the tech giant might be working on the next-generation Enjoy handsets, probably the 100th series.
On the other hand, the Enjoy 90 Pro Max debuted with a giant 8500mAh cell pack coupled with 40W charging. It even introduced a “Super Energy Pump” technology, which is capable of achieving a strong power output, stable energy conversion, and longer battery life with up to 98% battery capacity release rate.
Based on these details, it seems Huawei could use the rumored 10000mAh+ battery pack for the Enjoy 100 smartphones. However, the company hasn’t commented on these points yet. Hence, we have to wait for more revelations on this matter.
