Huawei Pura 90 Pro/Pro Max with Kirin 9030S goes live on sale


Huawei Pura 90 Pro and Pro Max smartphones are now on sale. The devices debuted last week, featuring a gradient design approach and the all-new Kirin 9030S mobile processor. Now the company has shelved these models at its online VMall store for purchase.

Pura 90 Pro and Pro Max are the ultimate epitome of design and camera. The two smartphones have a dynamic appearance that can bind your eyes every now and then!

Meanwhile, both flagship handsets are the first in the Huawei family to equip the Kirin 9030S chipset, which claims to offer nearly 25% performance boost over Pura 80.

The company has now released the Huawei Pura 90 Pro and Pro Max phones via official sale. Both models come in exciting color schemes and four storage variants. All these variants have different pricing and may further lower after the Chinese subsidy:

Pura 90 Pro

  • 12GB + 256GB = 5499 yuan
  • 12GB + 512GB = 5999 yuan
  • 16GB + 512GB = 6499 yuan
  • 16GB + 1TB = 7499 yuan

Pura 90 Pro Max

  • 12GB + 256GB = 6499 yuan
  • 12GB + 512GB = 6999 yuan
  • 16GB + 512GB = 7499 yuan
  • 16GB + 1TB = 8499 yuan

Specifications

Pura 90 Pro and Pro Max differ slightly in specifications. The former has a 6.6-inch OLED screen while the latter uses a 6.9-inch display panel. The two phones support 1.07 billion colors, FHD+ resolution, a P3 wide color gamut, a 1-120Hz LTPO adaptive refresh rate, a 460PPI, and a 300Hz touch sampling rate.

But the major twist in the display corner is that the Pro Max variant equips an exclusive anti-reflective screen that eliminates the requirement of an extra tempered glass.

Huawei Pura 90 Pro/Pro Max runs on Kirin 9030S and comes out of the box with HarmonyOS 6.1. They pack a 6000mAh battery with 100W wired (66W for the Pro model) and 80W wireless charging (50W for the Pro model).

Camera – Pura 90 Pro Max has a 50MP ultra-high dynamic range camera (F1.4-F4.0 aperture, OIS), a 40MP ultrawide snapper, a large sensor 200MP telephoto shooter (F2.6 + OIS + telephoto macro), and a second-generation multispectral.

On the other hand, the Pura 90 Pro has a quad imaging system consisting of a 50MP super-focusing primary lens, 12.5MP ultrawide-angle sensor, 50MP super-focusing macro telephoto lens, and a second-generation multispectral camera.
