Huawei Pura X Max has started strong with sales flagged at 200000 units in just 10 days. The flagship wide-screen foldable launched last month, and this number hints that it will go a long way in the shipment race, marking a major achievement.
Weibo tipster @FixedFocus noted that the Pura X Max is one of the fastest-growing Huawei foldable phones. The lineup, including the standard and the Collector’s Edition, has sold the most units in a week.
The tipster added that the Huawei Pura X Max foldable phone achieved strong sales in just 10 days. Launched on April 25, it exceeded 200000 as of May 5th.
Following this win, the Pura X Max has become the best-selling foldable in Huawei’s dome. It not only broke the sales record of other Mate and Pura fold phones in the family, but also surpassed many other flagship folding devices from other brands.

Besides, this new sales achievement highlights that Huawei has proved its dominance in the foldable market once again. The company already owns up to 70% share in the dual-folding handset segment following the Pura X demand last year.
Now it has the MAX version, which is selling crazily due to its form factor and tech-pack capabilities. The device has stepped onto the stage as a challenger to the upcoming iPhone Fold, and its sales suggest that Apple may again face issues in China.
With bigger screen panels, the Kirin 9030 Pro chip, and a huge battery, the Pura X Max will continue to garner attention in the foldable phone market. It would be interesting to see if the upcoming fold products from the company will be able to surpass the new member in the sales race.
